INFANT Assessment Rooms

The INFANT assessment rooms are family-orientated research spaces. These help us to assess young children and collect important developmental data.

INFANT conducts long term studies with families and our family-friendly, state of the art assessment areas are essential to our work.

Our assessment rooms are equipped to investigate physical and neurological outcomes early in life. INFANT psychologists and nurses perform psychometric measurements, chart cognitive and intellectual function and provide our studies with vital information.

Versatile Facilities

Our assessment rooms are designed to support a variety of research needs.

These rooms support the vital work of a number of INFANT projects. This dedicated research space will help us provide comprehensive, evidence-based data regarding the impact of lifestyle and early-life sensory experience on neurological development.

Essential growth

Our assessment rooms represent part of INFANT's continual growth as a ground-breaking perinatal research centre.

Located in the Brookfield Health Sciences Complex, the assessment rooms adjoin our new INFANT research offices and share close links with the centre's home in Cork University Maternity Hospital.
