Grace O'Mahony

Grace has full responsibility for the financial management and budgetary control of the Centre, and is the key contact point for all INFANT budget holders and all internal and external stakeholders on the centre’s finances and budgets.

Grace is also the finance member of the pre-award INFANT proposals team with responsibility for providing support and guidance to PI’s and Researchers on the scoping of budgets for new proposals.

Prior to joining INFANT in May 2014, Grace worked in a number of Industry sectors with an early career start for a number of years in the Multinational Manufacturing sector leading to a Group financial manager position in a bespoke Software Development company environment and more recently, prior to joining INFANT, in an SME start up R&D and engineering consultancy company.   

Grace is a Chartered Accountant, having trained in PWC and has additional post qualification diplomas in Information Technology and Corporate Finance.  Grace is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
