Juliette Aherne

Julie is the Office Manager within the Operations Team at the INFANT Research Centre and serves as the first point of contact for the centre, ensuring the seamless running of day-to-day administrative operations. With a strong background in managing high-demand, pressurised clinical environments, she brings expertise in administrative management, operations, people management, and organisational development.

At INFANT Julie works across a multidisciplinary team to support staff with a wide range of administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and maintaining staff training records for audit purposes. She also tracks and updates key centre data such as research publications and KPIs, and collaborates closely with other members of the operations team to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
