Daphne DeCoster

Daphne is a Research Physiotherapist with the INFANT Research Centre’s APPLES Tele study.

She has been specializing in paediatric physiotherapy for 30 years supporting.  She has a special interest in infants and Early Intervention and working young people with Cerebral Palsy.  Daphne has been involved in clinical practice and education for many years and is pleased to be participating in clinical research.

• 2019 – Present- Senior Physiotherapist with East Central Cork Children’s Disability Network Team, Midleton Co. Cork, supporting children, young people and families with complex disabilities as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• 2006 – 2019 – Senior Physiotherapist HSE Paediatric Primary Care and HSE Early Intervention Team, Cork supporting infants and children and their families with various physiotherapy needs.
• 1998 – 2006 – Senior Physiotherapist with California Children’s Services, Vista California, supporting children, young people and families with complex disabilities as part of a multidisciplinary team.
