INFANT and the In4Kids Network (www.in4kids.ie) contributed to a study which quantified how the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic impacted paediatric clinical research being undertaken across 50 different international research sites.   Published in The Journal of Paediatrics, the study found that the pandemic affected research being undertaken at 50 percent of the surveyed research centres between early May and early June 2020.  In all, 44% of the research sites that contributed to the study indicated that staff were redirected to COVID-19 research, while 75.5% of sites were also involved in paediatric COVID-19 research.  As a result, the [...]
