Pamela is a Clinical Research Nurse Manager at the INFANT Research Centre, bringing over 26 years of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care to her work in clinical research, working across various projects.

She began her nursing career in 1994, graduating as a General Nurse, and subsequently completed a two year Midwifery course at Galway University Hospital. In 2004, she further specialised by earning a Higher Diploma in Neonatology from University College Cork (UCC). Her extensive clinical background and commitment to neonatal care continues to inform her contributions to clinical research.
