Nimisha is currently serving as the Quality Officer at INFANT, she plays a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance within the organisation. Her core duties include rigorous quality control over all ongoing studies and study-related documents ensuring that they adhere to the highest standards and remain in alignment with regulatory requirements, trial monitoring tasks to identify and address any discrepancies or deviations, ensuring the integrity of research projects, and also providing support to INFANT Investigators, clinical staff, sponsors, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns related to quality and regulatory affairs promptly and effectively.
Nimisha graduated with first-class honours MSc in Clinical Research from the NUI Galway and has worked in the area of Clinical Research and Quality since 2015. Nimisha has previously worked as Lead Clinical Research Associate on multinational research projects at University College Dublin and as a Medical Auditor in Abu Dhabi, gaining valuable experience in Quality and Regulatory Affairs and Medical Auditing.
