Merrin is the Research Engagement and Partnerships Manager at the INFANT Research Centre, where she leads the development and delivery of research engagement and partnership activities. Working closely with the Centre Director and Management Team, Merrin supports strategic relationships that strengthen INFANT’s position as a world-leading research and innovation hub focused on improving outcomes in pregnancy, birth, and early childhood.

With experience in higher education, philanthropy, and the not-for-profit sector, Merrin brings expertise in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, communications, and events. She previously worked at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in external engagement, communications, events, and partnerships, and earlier ran her own business supporting not-for-profit organisations through strategic campaigns and organisational improvement. She has a strong focus on building long-term, value-aligned partnerships to maximise research impact.
